GWEHS: A Genome-Wide Effect Sizes and Heritability Screener
We develop a tool that process data from the GWAS Catalog and performs analyses on the loci effect size distributions and contributions to heritability. The tool is accessible via an interactive web site (http://gwehs.uvigo.es), and a docker image.

Inferring the nature of missing heritability in human traits using data from the GWAS Catalog
Using data from the GWAS Catalog, we infer that the loci effect sizes follow a log-normal distribution, and the heritability gap may never be closed for many quantitative traits.
