A software to detect purging and to estimate inbreeding-purging genetic parameters in pedigreed populations.

We estimate the extent of inbreeding load and genetic purging in a bottlenecked population of Drosophila melanogaster ($N_{e} \approx 50$) under competitive conditions, and evaluate fitness evolution over 40 generations.
