Genetic purging in captive endangered ungulates with extremely low effective population sizes
We use inbreeding-purging theory to estimate the extent of purging in pedigreed populations of endangered ungulates ($N_e$ < 40). We also derive a mathematical expression to estimate the expected time required for purging to become detectable.

Conservation priorities analysis of Chinese indigenous pig breeds in the Taihu lake region
We analyze how genic and allelic diversity distribute within and between populations of Taihu pig breeds, and provide maangement recommendations.

Optimal management of genetic diversity in subdivided populations
Genetic diversity maximization in fragmented populations is explored via two different stategies using simulated populations: maximization of allelic diversity, or expected heterozigosity. Our results show that increasing allelic diversity offers a better compromise between reducing populations inbreeding, and preserving the populations adaptive potential

Metapop2: Re-implementation of software for the analysis and management of subdivided populations using gene and allelic diversity
Metapop2 is a reimplementation of the software Metapop, to estimate genic and allelic diversity components in structured populations, and assist in management recommendations (
